A. This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which mandate the publication of the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of the domain name https://www.pillowtalk.co.in/ (“Website”), including the related mobile site and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).

C. The Platform is owned by PillowTalk, with its registered office at GD Block, Pitampura, Delhi – 110034, India (hereinafter referred to as “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

D. Your use of the Platform, its services, and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”), including applicable policies that are incorporated herein by reference. If you transact on the Platform, you will be subject to the applicable policies for such transactions. By merely using the Platform, you are contracting with the Platform Owner, and these Terms of Use constitute your binding obligations. These Terms of Use apply to your use of our website, goods (if applicable), or services (if applicable) (collectively referred to as “Services”). Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by you are expressly rejected and shall have no effect. XI. In no event shall the Platform Owner be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities) arising from your use or inability to use the Services. Liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Services or ₹100, whichever is lower.

XII. The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to a force majeure event.

XIII. These Terms of Use and any disputes or claims shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

XIV. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
